About Emma Ellice-Flint
Nutritionist and chef Emma Ellice-Flint is passionate about making a difference to peoples’ lives through nutrition and natural medicine. She founded her practice ‘Eatcetera Nutrition’ with the aim of giving people the knowledge they need to create healthy lives for themselves and their families.
Emma welcomes and treats people with all conditions but digestive wellness and women’s hormone balance are topics close to her heart. So much so that she wrote two evidenced-based cookbooks – one about female hormone balance called The Happy Hormone Cookbook, and another about gut healing called The Bone Broth Bible. She brings together years of clinical experience, evidence-based nutritional advice, a wealth of knowledge about food and the excitement that goes with that understanding.
“I’m positively busting to tell people about health, nutrition and what it can mean for them!”
Previously working as a chef, first in London then Sydney, in 2007 she decided to do full-time study, qualifying in Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition). Emma regularly attends ongoing professional education, keeping up to date in the ever-changing field of nutrition, and apart from her clinic work, runs nutrition cooking workshops across the UK and Australia.
During the last few years Emma has shared her knowledge by co-running a number of Nutrition Retreats in the UK, Italy and Australia. Guests learn the value of wholefoods, the benefits to their bodies, and watch Emma prepare those dishes. The Retreats have meant guests also have time away from their busy lives, share meals with like-minded people, and above all relax. What a treat!
