Come join us at this brand new luxury Retreat headed up by nutritionist, author and chef, Emma Ellice-Flint and Petra Coveney, who is the UK’s leading expert in menopause yoga.


Throughout the weekend, Emma will be sharing her knowledge with you through talks and cooking demonstrations. Emma will concentrate on foods that help a woman in perimenopause and menopause, foods that can really make a difference!

During the cooking demonstrations you’ll have the chance to watch her prepare meals for female hormone balance, bone health and peri/menopause support.

Then eating together, sharing stories around the dinner table and enjoying the meals prepared using local and seasonal produce. The whole weekend will be filled with delicious plant based whole foods!


Petra is the founder of (MY) and leads Menopause & Wellbeing workshops across the country that aim to Educate and Empower women to Embrace the menopause as an opportunity for self growth.

Her classes bring together both western medical knowledge and eastern holistic approaches to menopause. During the weekend, she will lead Women’s Circle discussions and specialist yoga, breathing and meditation classes to help you manage your menopause symptoms, such as hot flushes, rage and night sweats, stress and anxiety, fatigue and mind fog. Petra is also a member of the British Menopause Society (BMS).

You will leave with a toolkit of techniques that you can take home with you.

Emma’s Tuscany Nutrition Retreat in June promises to be an unforgettable, life-changing long weekend.


From a stunning, tranquil location in Tuscany with accommodation in a historic private villa to a menu of wholesome food, nutrition and gut-health teaching, yoga and relaxation.


The amazing La Torre alle Tolfe is a spacious private villa near the picturesque city of Siena set among rolling hills and with its own organic olive grove and vineyard.


The Women’s Wellness Retreat runs over an extended weekend, June 4 – 7, 2020. 


This will be the third Women’s Wellness Retreat Emma has held at the Tuscan villa.

What a wonderful weekend retreat! Emma’s knowledge on food and nutrition is absolutely phenomenal and we were privileged to both see her in action in the kitchen and hear answers to our never ending questions.
