A 2 ½ hour jam packed live workshop with lots of information about foods which help with symptoms of peri/menopause including gut balance, promoting clear thinking, improve alertness and to help to support and elevate mood.
Easy to follow, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions about specific beneficial foods, mood foods and gut health/related nutrition topics.
