My Talk: Eating well across a woman's life, from the science to your kitchen:

-  Our nutritional needs shift as we move through life, from our reproductive years through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

- The research on what supports women's health at each of these stages is growing quickly, but it isn't always easy to know what to do with it at home.

- In my session, I'll be bridging that gap. Drawing on 15 years as a nutritionist and my background as a chef, I'll look at what the evidence tells us about food and women's health, and how to turn it into meals you'll want to cook and eat.

- Expect practical, delicious ideas you can use straight away, along with free recipes to take home.
