Emma will be talking, offering food tastings and answering your questions - so much to share with you!

We will be covering many interrelated topics connected to Perimenopause and Menopause - mood, weight, stress, sleep, and skin - and how food can beneficially affect all of these.

This is a theatre-style talk, with plenty of food tastings and time to ask questions.

- Learn why women often put on weight more easily during perimenopause and menopause, and what helps to keep weight in balance through this time

- Emma will teach you about the different benefits of particular nutrients found in certain foods

- Learn about incorporating them into your everyday lives

- Emma will have some specific nutritious food too, offering them around for you to taste and giving you the recipes, so you can make your own dishes to eat at home.
Degree-qualified Nutritionist and former chef, Emma Ellice Flint is passionate about making a difference to people’s lives through nutrition.

Emma’s work focuses on perimenopause, menopause and post menopause and how food can help support this time.

Along with her clinic work, she writes recipes for her cookbooks, website, social media and the balance app, plus speaks at events and runs workshops.
