I have two other places where you can lots of my content free :)
Substack:
Over on my Substack here (where my weekly emails come from), there is a whole library of blog posts and plenty of new recipes too. Within my Substack I deep-dive into nutrition topics, that are varied and always with current nutritional science woven through.
YouTube:
"Thank you . . . I learn much better when I participate and can see visual demonstrations.”
Over on my YouTube channel, I’m excited to share something I've been quietly putting together on YouTube.
Live cook-alongs
These sessions are designed to be short (about 15 - 30 minutes), practical, and genuinely doable in real life, whether you’re cooking along in the moment or watching the replay later.
There are a mix of recipes:
* Fibre-rich, easy dishes you can add to your everyday routine
* Or simple ferments (yes, kefir & sauerkraut, but not only cabbage!)
Cooking and fermenting tips and troubleshooting so you feel confident and calm, not overwhelmed.
If you’ve been curious about adding more fibre, improving gut health, naturally flavour-packing your meals, or trying ferments at home but didn’t know where to start, these cook-alongs are for you.
They are in real time so you can cook along with me.
Find them in the 'Live' section of my Youtube channel here.
More details here on my website.
